Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@agrocore.in with your order details.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
However, we will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged or spoiled on arrival
- There was a confirmed quality issue
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- The item must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Replacements
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, based on product availability and your preference.
